This is the first time our chimney has been swept since the installation of our stove, so we didn't quite know what to expect. Rory turned up bang on time and was very friendly and helpful. The whole process was really quick and very clean and there was absolutely no mess at all. All this along with practical friendly helpful advice about when to sweep and what sort of fuel to use. Rory was a true professional and a mine of information and wealth of experience. No hesitation in recommending to others and we will definitely be booking again.

Prior to being a customer Rory gave me some very good and thorough advice about the materials to use to tile around a fireplace, and who to contact about removing and re-installing our log burner. Rory did a very good job of cleaning our chimney, and left everything clean. He clearly cares about doing a good job, and ensuring his customers are using their log burners correctly.

An excellent, professional and fast job - no mess at all! We look forward to a time when we can actually have a chat and a cuppa with this very interesting man!

Rory at Swept away has been cleaning our chimneys for the past two years. This year due to Covid he took the necessary precautions to ensure everyones safety. He provides a fantastic and efficient service, The house is always left spotless after he visits. He is a lovely character to have in the home and knows his Bath houses and chimneys extremely well. Rory has been sweeping our two chimneys for more than three years. Always prompt, efficient and helpful. He also leaves the rooms spotless. Highly recommend!

Great service. Traditional uniform too!

What a great service. Prompt, skilled and friendly. We now know we have a mesh over our pot which had not been spotted by the other sweeps we have had and this could have been dangerous. This company were recommended to us by Blazes in Widcombe. Rory, came on time, was extremely professional and friendly. He was very considerate and careful in these difficult times asking us to leave him in the room whilst he completed the job. It was the first time we had used him so he put a camera up to check the condition of the flue. I was expecting a bit of a mess, but the room was spotless and the fire place clean. He gave us a verbal and written report on the condition of the chimney. I would recommend the company without any hesitation, which could be a problem as they are very busy, but it was well worth the wait.
